Conservation Tour: IDNR Cecil White

For the past 29 years, Angella Moorehouse has worked for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources as a field representative for the Illinois Nature Preserves Commission in west-central Illinois where she prepares conservation easements to protect high quality natural areas and assists in the management along with flora and fauna monitoring of these sites. 

Join Angella on a tour of IDNR Land and Water Reserve Cecil White! This 33 acre property features loess hill prairie. We hope to find some rough blazing star in bloom this fall. Please note this prairie tour’s trail is rated as difficult with steep inclines.
